On March 15, Norfolk Southern added Penn Central as the 19th paint scheme to be used in its heritage unit fleet. The Penn Central heritage unit will be an EMD SD70ACe that will be built at EMD's plant in Muncie, Indiana, as part of NS's current order for ten units to be numbered 1065-1074 and slated for delivery during the secord quarter of 2012.
