To mark the 30th anniversary of the N&W-Southern merger, Norfolk Southern will be painting 18 locomotives in heritage paint schemes to honor its predecessor railroads. Part of this heritage fleet will include an EMD SD70ACe that will be painted for Penn Central. The PCRRHS will pass along more details as we learn them.
